We are confident you will love everything you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, please contact us.

As these are live products we cannot guarantee the viability of the products once they leave Ladysmith Park Perennials due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, soil conditions, plant predators, the treatment of the plants and environmental factors. Thus we do not offer an replacements, returns or refunds for these reasons.

Ladysmith Park Perennials will only accept returns based on the below:

  • Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery or purchase.

  • Goods that vary from their description on this website.

  • Goods supplied incorrectly.

Our team will lovingly inspect your products prior to dispatch to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us to arrange a free return delivery and replacement or refund. We value your feedback.

PLANT DELIVERY POLICY

It is the customers responsibility to check all potted perennial plants upon delivery. If there are any products that are damaged or significantly different from their description the customer must notify us within 24hrs of delivery. Plants will be photographed before they leave the nursery and when they arrive at their destination. Once the live products are delivered we cannot guarantee the viability of the products due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, soil conditions, plant predators, the treatment of the plants and environmental factors. Thus we do not offer an replacements, returns or refunds.
